I received this mower yesterday and it worked nice right out of the box. i'd have given this item a 5-star rating, except that when the primary battery pack depleted its charge, and that i followed the directions to re-charge it, the battery pack failed and would not power the mower. once calling client service and stating that I couldn't tell if the difficulty was really a battery pack or the charger unit itself , i used to be told i'd have to be compelled to take the battery to a repair look either quite one hundred miles away, or over the bridge to Canada. this can be a innovative UNIT, neither a refurbished one, nor a failure once months/years of use ! client service once purchase of a product as expensive as this one is a component and parcel of my satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the item.
